Our New Website is in the pipeline!

In the meantime, why not enjoy these fun plumbing facts.

  • The earliest recorded evidence of indoor plumbing was way back in 2500 B.C. in ancient Egypt.  And they used copper piping.

  • It took till 1596 to invent the flushing toilet.  Sir John Harrington only made two.  One for himself and one for his godmother…Queen Elizabeth.

  • People will study anything… Over $100,000 was spent on a study to determine whether most people put their toilet paper on the holder with the flap in front or behind.  It turns out that three out of four people have the flap in the front.

  • On Average, people spend three whole years of their life sitting on the toilet. No wonder your sense of smell fades ad you get older :-)
